Welcome to the WebCT HelpDesk of College Online at Greenville Technical College ! The WebCT HelpDesk Team normally operates 9am-10pm weekdays and 9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday . All support requests will be promptly acknowledged and every attempt will be made to address such requests in a timely fashion, keeping in mind that peak support load periods such as registration normally entail longer response times.

For technical assistance with routine problems, visit the HelpDesk page ( http://www.college-online.com/apps/Support/SupportFaq.htm ) which includes a Technical Support Form to request assistance. This will facilitate routing the request to the appropriate person within the support team, and ultimately shorten the resolution time. All email correspondence should be directed to the Online Technical Support email address which originally acknowledged the support request (OnlineTechnicalSupport@gvltec.edu). This will facilitate the tracking and resolution of outstanding issues, as well as keeping all related correspondence together with the initial request for assistance.
